1. Navigate to the Billing page by hovering over the Account dropdown and selecting Billing


  2. On the left hand panel, navigate to the Manage Payments section.



      3. If you do not yet have a card on file, you will be prompted to Add Payment Method.

 Note:  When changing the card on file our platform won’t ask for the ZIP code associated with the card. The account’s ZIP code is set upon account creation.


    4. If you already have a card on file, you can

  • Add another card on file (1)
  • Remove an existing payment method (2)
  • Set a new card as your default payment method (3)

        



You will receive a success message if you have entered all the required fields to update your card. The RumbleUp portal will charge the designated default card moving forward.
