- Navigate to the Billing page by hovering over the Account dropdown and selecting Billing
- In the Actions, select Edit Payment Method.
- Fill in the details for the new card on file and click Update. You will need to fill out the following fields:
- An email address (this doesn’t have to be an admin profile email address)
- The card number
- The expiration date of the card
- The CVC code
Note: When changing the card on file our platform won’t ask for the ZIP code associated with the card. The account’s ZIP code is set upon account creation.
4. Congratulations! You have successfully changed the card on have on file! You'll receive a confirmation message if you have entered all the required fields to update your card. The RumbleUp portal will charge this new card moving forward.
